Richard Nixon passed a resolution that the United States must reorganize into 10 super regions and these 10 Regions are Administrative Units of the United Nations. All the people of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, were placed under the control of these 10 Regions.
The Club of Rome is a global think tank that deals with a variety of international political issues. On September 17, 1973, they released a Report called the "Regionalized and Adaptive Model of the Global World System" as part of the "Strategy for Survival Project".
